			The Civilian Personnel Office (CPO) provides advisory services to commanders/senior leadership, managers, supervisors, 162 US and 617 Local National employees on civilian personnel management, resources, adverse and disciplinary actions, and disseminates changes in policy. Civilian Personnel handles all recruitment and advisory services for Local National (LN) employees.
