2008 Air Force 5-Star program recipient!
The Dragon Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art fitness facility, 31,000 sq ft and 15 employees. The facility boasts over $150K in strength and cardio equipment operating 7 days a week, 115 hours weekly and services over 1,000 customers daily. The facility was recognized as USAFE's 2008 Best Fitness and Sports Program and earned a 5-star-rating, which is the Air Force's highest fitness award.

Falcon Fitness Center, is located in Area 2 and serves over 200 customers daily. There are two child play areas to accommodate parents with infants/toddlers; one is located in the Cardio room and the other is in the weight room. On Monday through Friday’s Aviano’s only Mom’s and Tots class is held from 0900-1000.
PLEASE NOTE:
Patrons 16 and over are free to use either facilities, at their own risk. Patrons ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Mom & Tots Aerobics

Aerobics for parents with stroller age children.
Parents can enjoy a one hour aerobic workout with the comfort of having their children in their care.
