The Human Resources Office (HRO) provides a full spectrum of personnel services designed to meet the employment needs of the Aviano community as well as providing comprehensive human resource support services to 31st Force Support Squadron managers.  HRO provides service to approximately 180 NAF employees and 25 managers in 20 different activities.  Our goal is to maintain a quality workforce and continue receiving positive feedback from customers. 
 
 
 
 
Employment opportunities may be for a regular position, or a flex position. Regular employees are scheduled to work between 20 and 40 hours per week and are eligible for life and health insurance, ten annual paid holidays and annual and sick leave. Regular employees are entitled to participate in the FSS retirement plan and employer matching 401(K) savings plan after one year of service. Regular employees are eligible to use most base facilities, including free use of the fitness centers. Employees filling flexible positions may be scheduled to work between zero to 40 hours per week. They are not eligible for benefits, but are eligible to use most base facilities including free use of the fitness centers.
