Mission Statement: To prepare Senior Airmen to be professional, warfighting Airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of air, space, and cyberspace power.

The course consists of 24 academic days/192-hours and is designed to prepare Senior Airmen to be professional, war-fighting Airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of air, space and cyberspace power. Graduating students of this course complete a significant milestone in their Air Force careers as they make the transition to becoming effective front-line supervisors.
