30 minutes of heart pumping cardio fun on an indoor bicycle. Excellent exercise for all levels! Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class so that your instructor can help set up your bike to your specific needs. Please bring a towel and water.

30 minutes on Tone and Lifting to work on your strength.
