CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. This class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1100-1200 and is taught by Rene. CrossFit meets at the Wyvern Gym.
