Barbell Strength is designed for all fitness levels.  It uses barbells as it's primary resistance tool to improve muscular strength and endurance.  All major muscle groups will be worked for a full body workout.  This class is taught by Pam and meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0900-1015.
