Get ready to torch some calories!  It's high intensity training alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10 second rest for a total of eight rounds in 4 minutes...that equals one Tabata.   All major muscle groups will be covered for a total body cardio and strength workout.   Adaptable for all levels.  This class is taught by Erin on Mondays at 11:30.
