Cycling and Tabata Boot Camp

This class is 30 minutes of Cycling followed by 30 minutes of Tabata Boot Camp in the aerobics room.  Feel free to come to one part of the class or both-- your choice!  This class is taught by Erin.  Please bring a towel and water bottle.   Cycling is 11:30-12:00 and Tabata Boot Camp is 12:00-12:30.  **The Tabata Boot Camp portion is Child Friendly.**
